Bloom Access Installer

Welcome to the Bloom access installer page. Firstfolio uses Bloom software for secure access to their database. Bloom is a Sun Java application developer. Therefore you will need to get the latest version of the Sun Java runtime before you can download Bloom software applications. Please follow the steps bellow.

Step 1 Download the Java Runtime

Please do this even if you already have Java on your PC.

Follow the instructions on the Sun Java website to download the Java Runtime. Bloom software applications require the latest version of Java (version 1.6.x).

Do not attempt step 2 until you can see the version of Java you are running printed in an orange box directly bellow.

Step 2 Install Bloom Access

This button downloads the Bloom access installer

You need to click on the run button on the file download dialog to open the installer

Once the installer has opened you must logon with the username and password you have been assigned (See images below)

Please note: the username and password you have been assigned are case sensitive. E.g. The username 'John Smith' must be entered with a capital J for John and capital S for Smith.

Once logged on you need to tick the Bloom_Access install box and click the install button

If you receive a message telling you your password has expired

Please enter a new password (and again to confirm) when requested.

You should receive a message telling you your password has been changed successfully.

After you have successfully installed the Bloom access application close the installer and you should see a Firstfolio access startup icon on your desktop. Double click the icon to open the application

Step 3 Using Firstfolio Access to view your Invoices

You should see a screen that looks like this

Step 4 Download PDFCreator

If you want to save an invoice to a PDF document then click here to download PDFCreator.

Once you have successfully installed PDFCreator it will appear as a new printer selectable when you click the print invoice button.
