Peter Andronicos – Chief Executive Officer
Peter Andronicos joined the company in 2009 as General Manager eChoice, with responsibility for its operations and strategy.Peter Andronicos is a leader in the Australian clicks and mortar industry and has over 18 years experience with digital focused sales brands in both local and international markets. Immediately prior to joining the company, Peter Andronicos was CEO and co-founder of boomerang.com.au (OMG.com.au), one of the worlds largest generic industry domain name and publishing networks, which was subsequently acquired by Fairfax in 2011. His career also includes leadership and management roles at online wagering businesses MiniVegas Group and International All Sports; and digital media agencies BMC Media and CitySearch.com.au.
Since joining the company, he has redeveloped eChoice’s strategy and digital presence and introduced performance-based marketing partnerships. He has also developed white label mortgage systems and products to increase affiliate and partner value propositions. All of these have resulted in increased customer interaction, retention and sales for eChoice.
As a direct result of these strategies, eChoice has been recognised by the industry and its peers for its achievements, including being crowned Boutique Aggregator of the Year in the Australian Broking Awards 2014 and Aggregator/Originator of the Year (Retail & Wholesale) in the MFAA Awards 2014.
Natasha Rudd – Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary
Natasha Rudd joined eChoice in November 2015 as Financial Controller, bringing with her over 15 years of solid finance experience in both the UK and Australia. During her time at eChoice Natasha has utilised her comprehensive finance and commercial expertise to provide clear, dynamic and concise dash board reporting, created a high performance team capable of providing timely and accurate information, efficiencies within commission processing and delivered senior executives transparent information which has enabled the business to make decisions dynamically and reliably. Natasha was recently appointed to the position of CFO & Company Secretary in February 2016. She is excited to continue building a truly fintech business where the integration of digital solutions and mortgage broking is transforming the industry whilst continuing to keep the customer front of mind to deliver an exemplary customer experience and providing the best financial outcome.
Prior to joining eChoice, Natasha held a number of senior roles within publicly listed and global organisations, spanning a diverse range of sectors. Natasha has been engaged in dynamic, growth and complex environments and has demonstrated success in business transformations, system implementations, outsourcing processes (on/offshore), dashboard reporting, cost efficiencies and improvement of internal controls. Natasha is a qualified Chartered Accountant who believes in strong financial reporting and controls capability via the use of quality systems and people. This combined with a transparent, collaborative and logical approach achieves strategic objectives.
Kon Shizas – General Manager Product & Services
Blake Buchanan – General Manager Aggregation
Blake Buchanan joined eChoice in July 2015 as National Sales Manager for the company’s mortgage division and in early 2016 was appointed General Manager of Aggregation, where he is now responsible for overseeing the continued growth of the business as a leading edge aggregator.
Since joining eChoice, Blake has been instrumental in expanding the broker network and through his extensive industry experience and ongoing focus on relationship management, continues to broaden the company’s suite of corporate partnerships, enabling eChoice brokers to offer clients a complete borrowing proposition. Blake has established a reputation for facilitating growth for companies operating in a dynamic marketplace through his distinctive ability to pre-empt industry direction and lead teams to adapt to and then capitalise on a range of commercial environments to achieve maximal outcomes.
