If you require your accreditation transferred with CBA, please notify the Broker Support team as they do all transfers via their online portal and therefore do not accept the generic form. After this has been done, you will receive an email from CBA within 48 hours asking you to complete the accreditation process online.
If you require your accreditation transferred with ANZ, Bankwest, Bluestone, Citibank, Firstmac, Heritage Bank, ING, Macquarie Bank, NAB, Resimac, Suncorp Bank, or Teachers Mutual Bank please download the appropriate form from this section as these lenders do not accept the generic transfer form.

Citibank – requires you to complete an application online. Please visit Citibank’s Mortgage Broker Portal. Select the Accreditation tab within the webpage and select Click here to start the accreditation process. Complete the required details and Citibank will get in contact with you. They will send the training and assessment material that is needed to complete the application.
Firstmac – requires you to visit their website and select Get Accredited. Complete details and view an accreditation video. Once completed Broker Support will receive a Firstmac Accreditation Approval email. Broker Support selects activate and this will generate a notification to Firtsmac who will issue the brokers accreditation code.
Heritage Bank – requires you complete accreditation online. Please visit brokers.heritage.com.au/accreditation to watch the online accreditation video and complete a quiz. Following that, Heritage Bank will email you a Broker Accreditation Form along with a Certificate of Completion. Please return the completed form to Bsupport@echoice.com.au.
