I have worked in Banking and Finance for 11 years. I understand how it works from the inside when it comes to credit cards, personal loans, car finance and leases and of course mortgages. I have worked as a credit analyst and have been the person who decides whether a mortgage application is approved or declined.
This gives me a unique insight to determine the likelihood of whether a loan will be approved before I submit to any lenders. It also means I can present the application to the chosen lender in a way I know credit staff like to review them. Ultimately this means faster and smoother approvals and settlements.
I have worked for property investment groups and understand the importance of research, and strategy. Combining this approach with effective loan structures for cash flow, tax minimisation, and risk mitigation I help my clients end to end in their property investment journey.
